An amazing pancake with a complex mix of flavors. The rosemary gives it a nice savory note which balances out the sweetness of syrups.

Was actually a really good pancake that was heavy but not overwhelming with a good mix of flavors. It was very easy to burn the pancakes though, and the cheese made it hard to tell if they were done or not. Best to cook on a medium-low temp and keep a close eye on.
