The spices give these seeds a nice bite to them, and they keep for a long time. Great on salads!

These spiced squash seeds are a great snack or a great way of adding a little crunch to a salad. I use them as a way to use up all the seeds from making the Protein Packed Breakfast Acorn Squash!

  • 1/2 cup Acorn Squash Seeds
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Contrary to what is in the original recipe, I have found these will keep in an air tight container for several weeks.
