These spiced squash seeds are a great snack or a great way of adding a little crunch to a salad. I use them as a way to use up all the seeds from making the Protein Packed Breakfast Acorn Squash!
Spiced Winter Squash Seeds

- 1/2 cup Acorn Squash Seeds
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Storage
- Contrary to what is in the original recipe, I have found these will keep in an air tight container for several weeks.
