Foil Packet Shrimp and Vegetables

Filling, very easy to make, and easily adaptable allowing you to use up any leftover vegetables. The spices give it a nice robust flavor.

Was a way of trying to use up some extra shrimp and potatoes I had lying around. The packets were actually relatively easy to make and were quite filling. I tripled the seasonings from the original recipe which made it quite intense and might be too much for other people, but I liked the kick it gave.

Ingredients

  • 268 grams Brussel Sprouts
  • 410 grams Carrots
  • 904 grams Potatoes
  • 423 gram Shrimp
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virign Olive Oil
