Was a way of trying to use up some extra shrimp and potatoes I had lying around. The packets were actually relatively easy to make and were quite filling. I tripled the seasonings from the original recipe which made it quite intense and might be too much for other people, but I liked the kick it gave.

Foil Packet Shrimp and Vegetables

- 268 grams Brussel Sprouts
- 410 grams Carrots
- 904 grams Potatoes
- 423 gram Shrimp
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Extra Virign Olive Oil
